MST Clinical Supervisor – Logan

About the Role

Lead a team of up to four MST Clinicians delivering evidence-based intervention to young people aged 11–17 experiencing serious behavioural and offending concerns.

You will provide clinical supervision, support a small family caseload and work closely with clinicians, families and key stakeholders including Youth Justice and schools.

About MST

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based model that works with young people, families, schools and communities to reduce serious behavioural and offending concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision.
• Support clinicians with complex cases and treatment planning.
• Maintain a small caseload of 1–2 families.
• Monitor clinical practice, outcomes and MST model fidelity.
• Support clinician development, recruitment and performance.
• Work collaboratively with families and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality improvement, reporting and program governance.

About You

You will have:

• A Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work or a relevant discipline. A Bachelors Degree with previous MST experience will also be considered.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant Australian professional body.
• Significant clinical experience working with young people and families.
• Experience using family-based, systemic and/or CBT approaches.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or practice leadership.
• Strong understanding of behavioural principles and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and risk-assessment skills.

Additional Requirements

• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to participate in after-hours clinical consultation.
• Successful completion of required probity checks.
