Employment Type: Permanent part-time position (20 hours per week)
Location: Tamworth
Provide quality administration support to our MST-CAN (Multi Systemic Therapy - Child Abuse & Neglect) teams. To be successful, you’ll need to be an experienced administrator and motivated team player who thrives on building relationships, with a passion for working within the community services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive office management inclusive of telephone enquiries, correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, managing office supply and equipment orders
- Diary management, schedule appointments, meetings and teleconferences and provide secretarial support to meetings.
- Prepare presentations and reports where required
- Ensure the good order of LWB vehicles and scheduling of maintenance in accordance with Fleet Management Policy and Procedures
Skills & Experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Experience in providing administrative support and assistance to multiple roles within a complex organisation.
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
