What You'll Do as an LWB Youth Worker:

Build trusting, nurturing relationships with children and young people through genuine care and active engagement

Be a positive role model who inspires young people to develop life skills and confidence

Support family involvement and facilitate meaningful connections that promote healing and belonging

Encourage positive peer relationships and community connections
-
Empower young people to have a voice in their own lives and decisions
What You Need to Get Started:

Unrestricted driver’s license and reliable car (to help transport clients)

Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to get certified before starting)
-
Actively enrolled in or completed a relevant youth work qualification (if unsure, click here Minimum Qualification Standards Information Sheet)
