About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the delivery of the IT Roadmap through strategic oversight of a centralised PMO and transformation analysis function. Working closely with Program Directors, you will ensure consistent delivery practices, financial oversight and effective benefits realisation across all programs.

You will drive continuous improvement by embedding organisation wide delivery frameworks and supporting business led change through prioritisation, communication and stakeholder engagement.

This role blends office and remote work, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or one of our local LWB offices. While most of the work can be done remotely, some travel and office attendance will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Program Directors to develop and maintain ICT roadmap aligned with strategic and financial priorities.
  • Lead the PMO to ensure effective delivery tracking, financial forecasting, benefits realisation and stakeholder reporting across all programs.
  • Establish and embed consistent frameworks for governance, business cases, delivery, testing, deployment and operational handover across ICT initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a prioritisation process that ensures funding is allocated to high impact transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance to support investment planning, cost forecasting and variance reporting.
  • Implement risk and benefits frameworks to monitor delivery performance and enable informed decision making.
  • Build and lead a high performing transformation team and collaborate with delivery teams across the organisation to drive consistency, capability development, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver clear, regular updates to executives and the wider organisation on transformation progress and priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Transformation Management Office team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Project Management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience leading digital transformation or ICT programs in complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in PMO leadership, governance, and benefits realisation.
  • Strong grasp of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and manage ICT investment planning with sound financial acumen.
  • Track record of influencing executives and leading cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at executive and board levels.
  • Advanced problem solving, strategic thinking and prioritisation skills.
  • In depth understanding of the full solution development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and program/project management tools
