About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Practice and Quality Improvement, Disability & Mental Health Services (DMH), you will play a key role in supporting and assisting the delivery of activities focused on practice improvement, safeguarding, and quality management. This includes contributing to the analysis and reporting of information, as well as supporting the development of tools and systems that enable the successful implementation of DMH’s internal audit and assurance program. Working collaboratively with relevant teams, you will also support the development and maintenance of reporting, processes and systems that reflect our values and align with our strategic priorities. This is a permanent full time position where you can work from home or one of our local offices, wherever you work best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of relevant processes, tools, and resources to support CPE’s audit and assurance and continuous quality improvement framework. 
  • Undertake data input, analysis, and reporting, compiling information to support the delivery of the Practice & Quality Improvement Team’s priorities and deliverables, including any regulatory obligations. 
  • Review, analyse and interpret data and information to identify trends, themes and risks that contribute to quality improvement, safeguarding and compliance. 
  • Develop routine and ad hoc reports as required by management, funding bodies and regulatory agencies. 
  • Assist in the creation and monitoring of quality and compliance performance indicators to support practice and process improvement. 
  • Work in partnership with other areas of the CPE to ensure quality and consistency of reporting and contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems. 

 Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within community services
  • Demonstrated experience in developing audit and assurance tools and resources.  
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the development, implementation and review of quality improvement systems and processes.
  • Well versed working with a range of systems and databases including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and analysis of information and reports with a focus on improving outcomes for people we support.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing competing priorities and delivering to high quality outcomes.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
