Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: NSW, State based position with flexible hybrid working arrangements
In this role, you will ensure the provision of practice support and professional leadership in Client Services with a focus on delivering quality evidence-based services which achieve positive outcomes for children, families, and young people.
You will provide coaching and direction to Therapeutic Specialists to ensure they understand and fulfil the requirements of their role, facilitate group supervision and deliver relevant practice specific workplace training.

Role requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work or related field and eligibility for registration with either the AASW or PBA
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision of either Social Workers or Psychologists
- Demonstrated experiencing in providing supervision, advice, support, coaching, mentoring, and training to managers and staff.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory environment for areas of business responsibility.
- Demonstrated skills in the development and implementation of monitoring and compliance systems.
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check
