About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Aged Care QLD in this newly created role, you will provide a full range of coordination, communication, administrative and project support enabling them to ensure efficient state-wide operations. This is a permanent full time position located anywhere in QLD with flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective diary management
- Prepare high quality documents (reports, letters, submissions etc)
- Develop communications including emails on behalf of Manager
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Undertake reconciliation of monthly expenses for Manager and team
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate and collate operational reporting, including provision of overview, analysis, and insights
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration supporting management in a national geographically dispersed organisation
- Demonstrated experience in research, analysis of data and provision of information
- High levels of influencing and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with high-quality outcomes
- High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, uses initiative, and applies sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (reports, correspondence, complex documents)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
