About the role
Partner with our Child, Youth & Family teams to provide generalist HR advice and support with a main focus on case management. You will be working in a fast paced, agile environment where resilience and a partnership approach will be key to your success.
This is a full time maximum term parental leave contract through to 31 January 2027 and offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether that is your home or one of our offices.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake case management of matters (end-to-end support)
- Partner with Client Services Managers to achieve their business and leadership objectives
- Provide advice, support and coaching to leaders on a range of complex and sensitive HR issues
- Respond to, and support, issues as they arise relating to complaints, grievances and performance issues
- Respond to general HR enquiries as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience as an HR generalist including strong case management
- Understanding of the Australian Industrial Relations System and EEO practices and principles
- Demonstrated ability to develop business partnerships with all levels and in geographically dispersed locations virtually and in person
- Solution focused with strong influencing skills
- Experience working in a fluid and changing environment
