As an Executive Support Officer, you will provide a full range of coordination, communication, administrative and project support to the Director Disability Services Victoria, enabling them to operate effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting a senior leader, will be highly relational, a quick learner, problem solver and be flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
This role is permanent full-time role based in our Box Hill office (2-3 times per week) with hybrid work from home arrangements.

Provide timely and effective diary management

Prepare high quality documents (reports, letters, submissions etc)
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
