About the Role

This rewarding role involves providing one on one support to a young woman with a disability who loves being out in the community.

You will support community outings, including lunch outings, as well as activities such as swimming at the local leisure centre, bowling, or going to the movies.

The position is available on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, though times may vary slightly for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance with daily living
• Shift planning
• Documenting and progress note keeping
• Community access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)
• Work casual shifts either Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm

 Skills & Experience

• Cert III in Disability or similar
• Experience supporting people with disability 
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
