About the role

As part of a team of Roster Coordinators, you will efficiently coordinate our frontline workforce's rosters using rostering and scheduling systems. You'll ensure that client needs and preferences are met while fostering a sustainable workforce. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and adapts seamlessly to changing priorities. This is a permanent full time position working across the hours of 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday and can be located anywhere except WA (due to time difference) and has full flexibility to work from home or one of our offices, wherever you work best!

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain Disability Support Worker’s rosters in accordance with client needs, service agreements, budgets and award requirements
  • Respond to roster change requests, ensuring amendments are recorded are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure staff availability patterns are recorded and kept up to date
  • Escalate rostering and staff skill gaps, and work with Managers to identify solutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, Managers and Clients

Skills & Experience  

  • Experience in a reactive (day of operations) rostering position 
  • Technologically savvy
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships and outcomes
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage high workloads, consistently meeting critical deadlines.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
