Role: Operations Manager (Child, Youth & Family)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Leederville, with hybrid working arrangements.
In this role, you will manage a cluster of residential houses across Perth (South of the River) and the Mandurah–Peel region, leading a team of House Managers within our Child, Youth & Family portfolio.
You will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations across multiple residential care models, including budgets, workforce management, performance outcomes, contractual compliance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
You will provide strong, proactive leadership, contributing to both your teams and the broader WA CYF leadership group, and drive high-performing services focused on quality care, client outcomes, and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience
- Recognised Degree qualification within human services or related discipline.
- Leadership experience in services supporting children and young people, ideally within a residential care setting.
- Sound understanding supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, have complex needs, disabilities and/or display behaviours of concern.
- Demonstrated experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Significant experience in the leadership and management of multiple services within contractual and financial requirements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- A Current & Unrestricted driver’s licence
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, WA Working with Children Check and WA DCP295 Check.
