About the Role

This is an exciting new opportunity, reporting to the Manager, Learning and Capability you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities to administer, implement, and coordinate the learning management systems (LMS) and organisational capability initiatives, meeting our business needs.

Working in a fast paced environment, your customer service approach and effective coordination skills will be the key to your success. This is a permanent full time role, location Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice, administration, and training support to ensure efficient and effective use of systems (i.e., PageUp, LMS, Surveys, SharePoint).
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data by tracking, auditing, monitoring, and managing records in systems and databases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and enquiries
  • Prepare, test, and implement system and database configurations, including online learning resources and distribution of surveys
  • Support facilitators in managing their events across various delivery modes (including face-to-face, virtual & eLearning)
  • Manage the myLearning and organisational capability inboxes and various communication points with excellent customer service
  • Running reports and preparing presentations
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects as required

Skills & Experience

  • Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience using different systems and applications including Learner Management System (LMS).
  • Experience in digital content design is highly desirable
  • Experience providing responsive and fabulous customer-centric service
  • Demonstrated ability to use high levels of initiative, highly effective time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient ability to use MS Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, including advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to our staff
  • A team player, comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
